Oh, not difficult. It's just a question of how soon can you make any change or make anything look new and effective.

Well, let's talk about artists next time. And till talk about what legislation we seem to have as a result of the President's Commission, the new centers for cancer, heart, and stroke.

Q:

I did want to ask about the reaction of the hardheaded Washington politicos to this program about beautification.

LASKER:

They haven't said a word against it yet. I think they're struck dumb. They don't know how to be against it. It's like being against motherhood or something. At least, I haven't heard anyone that's against it.
