Well, the money we're spending now -- -we're spending $110 billion on medical care now. It would be just a rechanneling of funds.

It hasn't been successfully made. You'd have to take paid ads because the opposition is so loud about it, and I think only paid ads with big headlines would get enough attention to make this clear.
