He feels it's doable, yes. He thinks it's doable.

I have a copy of his letter to you in which he outlines the progress he's made with this whole idea. As I recall, he did say he thought it was doable.
Yes. Of course it dazzles people because it's the thing most to be desired by any people in any country of the world. It's the greatest thing the country could do for other countries. . .the saving of lives. . .don't you think?
