hope the President will sometimes work, eventually. All members of the administration have been asked to give their papers to it. Mrs. Johnson asked me to give my papers. I said I'd promised to give them to Columbia (University) with document that we've been doing so long, but I would give her such documents that were interesting in connection with beautification developments, which I think eventually will be considered a very interesting that she made. Don't you think so? It may if there's another administration, but eventually and somebody else will take it up, don't you think so?

Q:

Beginnings have been made. What do the trustees (and you as a trustee now) what are you obligated to do?

Mrs. Lasker:

Well, just to come to meetings, really, and I've tried to interest some people in giving their paper, I really don't have any obligations. The financing of it seems to be secure.

Q:

Where is the money coming from?

Mrs. Lasker:

I think it's coming from some Texas contributions or from the University of Texas itself.
