Nobody. Whatever is done will be done by the Park Service under Mr. Nash Castro and Mr. Scouten, and unless I keep after them, not a great deal will happen.
Well, do you plan to?
I plan to. I did get Mrs. Johnson to ask for a certain number -- ask the budget for a certain number of additional things. Unfortunately Scouten testified for the budget, for the items that we listed for Mrs. Johnson, which she had spoken, about.
Does this go in the District of Columbia budget?
No, it goes in the Park Service budget. And we only got an additional $$ million dollars instead of 11 million, which is what we really needed to do the things that should have been done. Things we had planned for but that we hadn't accomplished.
This is not very good, when you consider the opportunity and the size of the federal budget. However, this is what happened.
It seems to me you need a friend at court, don't you?
