He seems, according to Mike Gorman, interested in mental health problems, and he was in the state of Massachusotts, and Mike feels rather friendly toward him. I think he's rather cold, but I think he's energetic and probably knows how to manage the Department along Republican lines.

He has a reputation as a really good administrator.
