Well, he thought it would be some scientific fellow, you know--some very scientific fellow, a management sort of person. He even mentioned Frank Bane to me, whom I thought was most unlikely. He was the Secretary of the Governor's Association. He's a man who was financed by the Rockefeller Foundation, or used to be, in order to keep this Governor's Association alive and keep it functioning. I don't know exactly what he does, but he's very much a Brownlow Management man, and he would not have been any better. I don't know that I can say he wouldn't have been any better than McNutt was, but he certainly wouldn't have done the business.
