Fiesta Rule, n. No Lifetime Philolexian Member may have their Philo name changed during their first Philo meeting. For a moniker change, the member must be present in the room and accept the motion of the proposed name before the society votes at large.

The Fiesta Rule was implemented after Mr. Fiest came to his first Philo meeting. Phlio immediately voted to change his name to Mr. Feist. Realizing the missed opportunity, Philo voted to change his name again to Mr. Fiesta. Perhaps overwhelmed, or over-involved, Mr. Fiesta never came back.
