You had to read it for the Core; now, try it out for yourself! Every April, in the tradition of Plato and other assorted philosophers, we Philolexians gather to expostulate on some abstract topic of universal significance while drinking cheap wine. The event is based around the structure of a Greek symposium, complete with togas and libations. The traditional affirmative/negative debate format is replaced with a more relaxed one, in which Philos simply present their viewpoints on various lofty concepts in long speeches. These viewpoints tend to get longer and more rambling as more and more libations are liberated from their bottles.

Past Symposium topics

Symposium has generally been once a year, but there's no reason it has to stay that way.
