WORKOUT SCHEDULEOur workout schedule for the week will usually include the following workouts but please register for our google group so that you can stay up to date on all of the most recent information concerning workouts. The club's coach, Darian Silk, provides all active club members with a detailed workout each month. The workouts below will be reflect those workouts.
