WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Please register for our google group so that you can stay up to date on all of the most recent information concerning workouts. The club's coach, Darian Silk, provides all active club members with a detailed workout each month by email.   Regular group workouts occur every weekend. 9:30am Bike - Meet at Sundial for 2-3 hour bike ride, usually along route 9w to Piermont or Nyack

SUNDAY

9am Swim - Uris Pool

10am Run - Dodge Fitness Center
