Groups’ e-boards are to appoint only one member from their general body to be a USCC representative so that that person communicates directly with both boards. Structure: Campus liaison will organize the representatives by requesting them to submit contact information as well as make monthly contact/updates by filling out the USCC Representative Monthly update sheet and turning it in at an informal open meeting at the beginning of every month. Quarterly, all representatives will be gathered together to discuss the campus activity/concerns/goals of the past quarter, and to project the next quarter’s activity/concerns/goals as well as how they can work with each on them. The campus liaison will facilitate this by compiling the information, contacting those groups whose update indicates that they might need support, and by creating an agenda/outline that summarizes and projects quarterly activity. A twice-monthly office hour will also be held at a place of the campus liaison’s choosing [probably my room] so that if there are urgent needs, anyone can drop by and discuss. [Feel free to call/email whenever as well.] Responsibilities of Representatives: Suggested: Contact Information: Campus Liason: Executive Co-Chairs: USCC Board: |
