The former Frankfurt High School, now Phillip-Holzman Schule, in 2020, with the new Adorno Gymnasium under construction on the site of the old athletic field. The area to the right of the school, where the Ambassador Arms hotel and the Teen Club used to be (and where the huge unexploded bomb was found in 2017) is still a vacant lot. To the right, at the northeast corner of Miquel/Adickesallee and Eschersheimer Landstraße, the former site of the US Army Post Exchange / Commissary / Snack Bar complex, the big rectangular building is the Police Praesidium.
