Lieber Herr D^r Jonas!

So etwa gegen Mitte Sept. komme ich nach Wien zurück u. möchte Sie, falls Sie noch in Wien wären, gern bei mir sehen.

Soeben lese ich, daß das Stern’sche Konserv. eröffnet wird, sind Sie in irgendeiner Form dabei? Haben Sie von Vrieslander|¹ seine neuesten Liederhefte schon erhalten? Hoffentlich auf Wiedersehen. Von mir u. meiner Frau beste Grüße

Dear Dr. Jonas,

Sometime around the middle of September I will return to Vienna and, in case you should still be in Vienna, would like very much to have you come by for a visit.

I have just read that the Stern Conservatory is opening; are you involved in any way? Have you received from Vrieslander¹ his latest Lieder volumes? I hope to see you soon. Best greetings from me and my wife.
