Verehrter Herr Doktor !

[ sign’d: ] Oswald Jonas

Dear Doctor,

Warmest thanks for your cordial note and invitation.1 I leave today for Berlin, in order to check things out there again. It is certainly possible that a few things have changed there (especially concerning the radio, where I am to give a lecture October 14 on the Klavierbüchlein 17222). In any case I will immediately write to you in detail from there. Also concerning the book situation, which now stands once again in the foreground. I do not yet have the Lieder album by Vrieslander.3 I hope that you and your wife have had a refreshing summer and remain, with best greetings,

Yours most faithfully,
[ sign’d: ] Oswald Jonas
