OJ 5/18, [3a] : 12-2-30

Handwritten letter from Schenker to Jonas, dated December 2, 1930

Sehr geehrter Herr Doktor!

Dear Doctor,

As it is in your case a matter of something individual, of which I have as yet no practical experience, will you, to be brief, suggest the text that you would like, which I will then immediately send with changes or perhaps without changes. Don’t be timid.

I gladly confirm that you have grasped the core of the problem well, as you achieve such an apt verbal formulation.1

With best greeting,
Yours,
[ sign’d: ] H. Schenker
