Wenn es irgend möglich ist,1 mir in Bälde die ganz wenigen restierenden letzten Fahnen zukommen zu lassen, so wäre ich dafür ganz besonders verpflichtet! Ich habe die dringendsten Gründe,2 vor Juli mit den Halbband fertig zu werden. Nochmals bestens im Vorhinein3 dankend

I should be greatly indebted to you if there were1 any possibility of your arranging for the last handful of remaining galley proofs to be sent to me in the near future. I have the most pressing reasons2being finished with the half-volume by July. Once again thanking you in advance3,
