Sehr geehrter Herr ! I in Dr. Frimmels ‚_Beethoven_-Jahrbuch’ II bei G. Müller i[n] München (S.338) bekannt geworden?
Hochachtungsvoll ergeben

Dear Sir, It occurs to me that nothing has reached me from your printers for some one or two weeks now. I am inquiring therefore—without intending to apply pressure or the like—whether a consignment might have gone astray. I am asking only out of prudence. — One other thing: have you in the meanwhile become acquainted with the pleasing review of my vol. I in Dr. Frimmel’s Beethoven-Jahrbuch, vol. 2, published by G. Müller in Munich (p.338)?
