Besten Dank für die “Correcturen.”¹ Sie werden alle ehestens retourniert! Sie vergeßen aber den Kopfermann²-Brief mir zu retournieren, weshalb ich eigens [ corr ] darauf zurückkomme. Es wird ohnehin lange genug dauern, bis ich die Sache³ – wenn überhaupt – durchsetze. Ich bitte also um umgehende Einsendung des bezüglichen Briefes.

Many thanks for the “proofs”.¹ They will all be returned as soon as possible! But you are forgetting to return the Kopfermann² letter to me, and so I expressly come back to it. It will be quite long enough in any case before I succeed—if ever—in my plan.³ So I beg you to send the letter back by return.
