1.1 1. Student reads the medical chart of his/her patients before performing the actual physical therapy evaluation.      
2. Student discusses with the involved medical staff on any medical concerns he/she may have concerning the patients during the review of medical history.

10. Student attempts to explain the medical disease process to the clinical instructor after reviewing the medical condition of his/her patients concisely and correctly.
