Shuang Wang is an Associate Professor of Biostatistics at the Mailman School of Public Health of Columbia University. Her research focuses on methodological development in analyzing DNA methylation data, association mapping of rare variants with sequence data, and analysis and study designs in genome-wide association studies (GWAS). She also works on developing new algorithms to integrate cancer genome, epigenome, and transcriptome of pan-caner data to better understand cancer mechanism.
