- All students admitted to the Psychology Department are offered a
financial package that supports them from September of their first year
through the following five years.
- In 2014-2015 the stipend was $26,286
for the academic year and $8,656.44 for the summer of 2015. Additionally,
University subsidized housing near the campus, is available and tuition and health insurance
fees are paid for the five year period.
- This support package combines
Research Assistant positions and Graduate Teaching Fellowship
positions.
- As a Research Assistant, students collaborate on research
with a faculty member and graduate teaching responsibilities involve
assisting in instruction on one course per year.
