6. Non-Michigan repositories in Mich. feed
   
   Non-Michigan APIS records hosted by Michigan -- currently those from Wisconsin, Cornell and Perkins -- need to be:
   
   1. removed from the Michigan APIS feed and sent as separate feeds, with filenames that identify them appropriately, e.g.,
      
         wisconsin.apis.2005-06-23
         cornell.apis.2005-06-23
         perkins.apis.2005-06-23
      
      
   2. assigned DDBDP numbers in contributed records where available, e.g.,
      
      P.Oxy. X 1263 (michigan.apis.3989) needs to have: dd510_dd | 1 | P.Oxy.:10:1263
      
      
   3. assigned new APIS ID numbers reflecting repository-based numbering rather than host-based numbering. See Specifications below.
      
      
   4. provided with dd852 fields that show the repository code for the institution where the materials reside. (See data element format in APIS documentation.)

7. Pipes must be removed from tag data, it conflicts with use of pipes to delineate the parts of the tag. For example, michigan.apis.1319:
