Ah, huh-

Heiskell:

By the enemy.

Q:

But is there any-

Heiskell:

No, no. Absolutely no connection what so ever.

Q:

What about when Chammoro was assassinated. Did you do anything for his widow?

Heiskell:

Yes. We helped the widow. We helped the paper. They needed things, material things and I think we helped them with some money. But we helped them with some equipment too. And we tried as best we could, in effect, to protect her.

Q:

I'm just grouping here. Are there other memories that you should bring forth?[laughs]

Heiskell:

Well, no really, because you know there were some countries where we never could do anything about. Paraguay has been practically sealed off.

Q:

Did you allow Paraguay to be represented?

Heiskell:

Once or twice there would be some strange
