But if I'm not mistaken, the forest products industry kind of dipped shortly after [laughter]--

Heiskell:

Immediately after; it dipped.

Q:

After the acquisition--the--what is it, a merger?

Heiskell:

After the merger.

Q:

The merger, yes.

Heiskell:

Well, it was really an acquisition, but if you say merger you pay a little bit less, because you've satisfied the soul of the seller.

Q:

Was that true? Was that word worth a few million dollars?

Heiskell:

I would think quite a few, yes.

Q:

I mean, was there a time in the discussion where he said: “If we call this a merger, price goes to such and such?”
