Inland.

Q:

The total price was two hundred and seventy-two million.

Heiskell:

Oh, that's right. That was quite a year, when we paid 272 for that and 200 and something for ATC, I think.

Q:

Do you remember anything about a Stanford Research Institute report that had been done for Temple-Eastex as being a stimulus for this?

Heiskell:

Yes, yes. SRI--

Q:

Yes. And they had recommended craft liner board as being one of the industry areas of greatest promise.

Heiskell:

That's right. And of course, I think as soon as we bought it that market fell apart too, but then it came back.

Q:

Did you use any investment bankers to identify Inland?

Heiskell:

I don't think to identify, but I think we used Lazard to
