A banking relationship.
Yes. Tommy Lamont, who was one of the principals in Morgan, was a good friend of Roy Larsen. And--I can't remember--I don't remember the banking relationship as being anything that I ever even paid any attention to. I guess Stillman and Brumbaugh did. I didn't seem to be an issue.
What about investment bankers?
Well, we've used Lazard to advise us over the years--
