Well, I think that with Schmidt there and with the energy that he'll put in it, and the fact that his pride will be bound up in making progress -- he's a man of real consequence and he doesn't want to fight with shadows, and he will want to accomplish a great deal. He will push for the money and the Cancer Society will be pushed into pushing for the money, and if thre's any trouble, we will try to make as much trouble in the press as possible.
And the money appropriated in this bill for the three years is one billion six hundred million?
Yes. It's not appropriated, that's the ceiling.
It's authorized.
It's authorized and it's the celling. We'll have tofight to get it, out you know, once you've got an authorizatio it's usually easier than if you don't have an authorization and just go in without any authorization.
