So we have to do a great deal more on high blood pressure and just what we do I'm going to try to work out this fall.

Q:

Tell me about some of the steps you did take this past year in dealing with high blood pressure. Everywhere I went I seemed to have run into a mobile unit which asked people to come in and have blood pressures taken.

Lasker:

Really? Where have you been -- in New Jersey?

Q:

All over Maryland....

Lasker:

Really?

Q:

Yes.

Lasker:

Well, I'm thrilled that they're doing that in Maryland. We sent somebody into Maryland urging Maryland as a state to do something, and I'm thrilled that they're doing it -- absolutely thrilled. I never see anything like that in New York, never. But that doesn't mean that I'm walking around...

Q:

Well, you get out into the sticks and you'll see some of this.
