Part:         Session:         Page of 999

Lasker:

A dinner and a dance.

Q:

Where is it held?

Lasker:

On the top floor of Lord and Taylor's. They have a restaurant up there that they use for their own meetings, and they have a big room that they can use for dancing. It's very pleasant.

Q:

That must be on the 11th floor then.

Lasker:

Yes, whatever the top floor is.

Q:

I sometimes go for lunch on the tenth floor. Well, that was indeed very exciting. It entailed a lot of work to assemble all those photographs: the life story.

Lasker:

Oh, yes. That was done by my sister, I think.

Q:

Oh, she was involved in it.

Lasker:

Yes.

Q:

Well, I would imagine so, yes. Say something about any of the outstanding social functions. You were hobnobbing with royalty once again -- the Dutch royalty.
