Wei Wei and Jian Zhang: Two more Ph.D. graduates join the ARMA Alumni

Dr. Wei Wei and Dr. Jian Zhang graduated with destinction. They join Dr. Kai Xu to make the group of the first Ph.D. students to graduate from ARMA.
