Wohlgeboren Herrn Prof. Dr. H. Schenker, Wien

Hochgeehrter Herr Professor !

[ sign’d: ] Hertzka

Professor H. Schenker, Esq., Vienna

Esteemed Professor,

Please forgive me for having had to leave your postcard1 unanswered for several days, but I had such a backlog of work in recent times that I could not get through it all.

Up to now, the article by Mr. Halm2 has still not arrived, and I will ask him about it today. Just as soon as I receive the article, I shall pass it on to you. – I remain your most obedient servant,

With kind regards, Yours truly,
[ sign’d: ] Hertzka
