COMMENTARY: FOOTNOTES 1 Letter in OJ 9/6 dated November 27, 1911, of which the PS reads: “Von Ihrer Ausgabe der chromatischen Fantasie bin ich entzückt!“ (I am over the moon about your edition of the Chromatic Fantasy). Click on Eugen d’Albert. S had enclosed it with WSLB 86, November 30, 1911, and asked for its return. 2 In WSLB 86, November 30, 1911, S states that he had lent it to H as a “model” the previous year, and now requests its return in time for correction of proofs.
