9 10/05/06 Problem 9.3: Change the text in the second paragraph to say "Archie has looked at the card in his wallet and tells you that it has a Visa logo on the front and brands on the back for Pulse, NYCE, and Star. He says that if he selects "debit" when he uses this he is prompted to enter his PIN, but that when he selects "credit" he is asked to sign. He believes that he should have a right to withhold payment because he selected "credit." Is he correct? What do you think he will find if he looks at his bank statement?
