A public profile has been setup for the Canon copier that sends scans to a network folder. The scans are rapidly converted into black & white PDF's,
1) Scan your document(s) using the Canon copier. Instructions are on the wall above the copier.
2) Go to your computer and access the following folder path:
\\keystone\Public Shares\Public-Canon Copier Scans
*The server requires a username and password. These are the same credentials used for the PC Lab authentication.
**You may "map a drive" to this folder for easy future access.
3) Copy the pdf to your desktop and delete the file from the server (this will help keep the server lean and mean).
