That's right, and it's not over yet. The title that they suggested/me -- for let me read you the letter from the present president:

“This year, in honor of the Bicentennial celebration, the Committee on Program Innovations of the APA Board of Convention Affairs is planning a series of special events for the 1976 convention. The convention will be held this year in Washington, D.C., and will take place over the Labor Day weekend, September 3rd through 7th. As one of the major special events and highlights of the convention, we would like to invite you, as one of psychology's most distinguished leaders, to present an address of approximately one hour's duration, giving your views on the general issue: ‘Prospects for Control, Implications for Freedom. This topic represents a general theme for the special series of programs at this year's convention. With the feeling that we are trying to review the progress that has been made in psychology and related sciences toward developing the knowledge regarding the control of behavior, furthermore, we are concerned with the impact that such knowledge could have on individual freedom. Of course, you may wish to define the scope more precisely in terms of your own interests. The exact title and manner in which you would prefer to handle this
