Is this work, for the most part, focussed on both the employment of minorities, and the upgrading within the --?
-- yes --
-- the job levels of minorities?
Race-related personnel concerns. That's the kind of work we're doing for our private clients, too.
You have a number of corporate clients too?
Not as much as I -- as we have to get. Well, we have AT and T, New York Telephone, United States Filter, IBM, -- IBM is still in the initial stages --
We are -- Honeywell, you know. We've got five or six major private contracts, and about three or four minor ones. I have a feeling that affirmative action and EEO programs? problems will increase in concern after this election, Presidential election.
Irrespective of who wins?
No. I think that-- this might be just wishful thinking-- I think that the Nixon-Ford downplaying of racial concerns, in terms of government enforcement and involvement, will be stepped up somewhat, if Carter is elected. I think. I hope. I don't think it will necessarily be stepped up if Ford is elected, and I was going to say re-elected, but you know actually, this man has never been elected, so he can't be re-elected.
