Well, I forget whether I mentioned the trip around South America. I'd been always very interested in Latin American Affairs. I've been involved in the Inter-American Press Association, having been chairman for the Executive Committee far years, and President. I more, or less ran the Inter-American Press Association for quite a while. Incidentally, before I get to this, one event occurred that is semi-amusing. It must have been in the middle 1960s or something. There was a meeting of the Inter-American Press Association in Chile and if you want to have a good example of the problems that you face when you-

I believe, is this where Time had come out with something. You mentioned it at the last session. But what I want, what I would like--as long as you've allowed me to interrupt you, talk this trip through South America and then launch right into you have not yet talked about; the Inter American Press Association. Oh, yeah. Well, because of my interests in Latin America and the very strong lack of interest most U.S. citizens show towards Latin America, and that includes a lot
