What's a piece?
The piece is a person who stands out and really represents the Beaumont Lincoln Center Theatre to all people and who is a persona, a meaningful persona, who makes this his number one job. Number one job. He's gonna give his all to it. At the Library, Gregorian and I give our all to it. At the Metropolitan Bank, Dillon gave his all to it. And he was a persona and he gave his all to it. But what-
And they are well known. And it's their number one interest. And we don't have that.
To take the question one step further, could an underlying cause for that lack of persona be that the institution itself doesn't have a clear vision of what it is, or what it should be? Is that why it
