Essentially, yes. It has to be approved by the overseers.
Who were the men--I don't know if they were all men--who you worked with in your last--
In the Corporation?
Yes, in the Corporation.
Well, the current crop consists of the senior fellow, who is Charles Schlichter, who is a professor of physics at University of Illinois; Bob Stone, who's a businessman, investor in New York; myself; Coleman Mockler[?] who's chairman of Gilette; and Henry Rossovsky, who was the dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. And the treasurer is Rod McDougall, and Derek Bok, so it's seven of us around the table.
Would you say all members give equally?
It's difficult to say, because the composition is usually--
