This is Mary Marshall Clark. It is February 17, 1994. I am in the office of Dr. Frank Stanton in New York City, conducting a fourteenth session of his oral history interview. Good morning, Dr. Stanton.
Good morning to you.
We're fine. As usual, your voice is loud and clear.
Good.
The transcribers tell me what a pleasure it is to transcribe you, because your diction is so excellent and your voice is so clear. [Laughs] We're meeting today to talk a little about the AEA Investors, if that's okay with you. You mentioned them last time that we spoke. I wonder, since there's not much public information about them, if you would be willing to tell us a little bit about the history of the group--just in terms of how it got started.
Well, I came into the group well after it was established.
When did you come in?
