Even with all that opportunity to protect myself, [by closing the interview] I don't think I should talk about the one that's now in process.

Q:

Oh, no! That would be a violation.

Stanton:

I'll tell you when we're off the tape what it is. This particular one will take a lot of nurturing and tender loving care in order to bring it in, but if it comes in, I think it will be a great acquisition for AEA.

Q:

You mentioned a cable deal that AEA had been involved in. What was that? Can you talk about that?

Stanton:

I'm not sure I know what cable systems we've bought, but inasmuch as we don't have any expertise in cable on the staff side of AEA, we wanted somebody in the deal with us. We went to a group--and I think perhaps Murphy had more to do with this--certainly, I didn't have anything to do with it--with a group in Colorado, who had a lot of holdings in cable and interested them in coming in jointly with us to acquire some systems.

I think the systems--one is in Maryland. One is, I believe, in Tennessee. Maybe one is in
