So we hired a very competent woman who knew the community, who could find housing, who could organize trips for the wives, who could do all kinds of things. She was sort of a house mother for the Center. I think we took her on only for a year but she stayed until retirement caught up with her. And we had two other staff people who were just tremendous supports for Ralph Tyler. One was his assistant from Chicago and I think another, a male, was also his assistant from Chicago.

Well, so much for the move and the start of that Center.
Were there any reporting mechanisms that the people there had to give back to the board or anyone?
Not at all.
So, it was completely unstructured.
They were completely on their own and we had a lot of difficulty establishing the fact that they were on their own. These guys were --
