Overview
The Office of Budget Operations and Financial Planning
The Office of Budget Operations and Financial Planning provides financial guidance and oversight to the Vice President and all Arts and Sciences constituents. The Office is charged with:
- Providing budgetary oversight of and support to all Arts and Sciences departments, institutes, and centers
- Orchestrating budgetary and financial planning processes
- Administering the financial programs of the Vice President's Office [including the Faculty Research Allocation Program (FRAP), the Tenured Faculty Research Program (TFRP), and Faculty/Student Interaction Dinners]
- Managing financial and computing resources and planning infrastructure
- Providing limited IT support to faculty and administrators through Faculty Desktop Support
