Did you, since you were thinking of Munro as C.E.O., did you
consult him about this, you know--him working with Davidson?
At the end I did.
And what was his response?
Not too hot.
And yet you Imposed that structure on them.
Why did you do that? This is, of course, with the hindsight that
ultimately, he made--or I guess the board made--Davidson, as you well
know, vice chairman, and I guess Munro became chairman and C.E.O.,
and then--was it Nickolas who became president?
So, in a way it seems like he undid that structure that you set
up. Is that correct?
Why did you decide to impose it on him even though you knew he
was, you know--
