--that the company was run too much by the seat of the pants--

Oh, MBAs.

Heiskell:

MBA. Harvard MBAs--

Q:

Go ahead.

Heiskell:

--that it should have more organization, better planning, better use of assets, more financial control and less sort of flightiness. I think they considered Luce to be a genius and me to be a seat of the pants flier.

Q:

Did you gather that they thought this after you had left and from--

Heiskell:

I assume they must have thought of it before then.

[laughter]

Q:

No, but I mean did you--

Heiskell:

They didn't tell me, though.
