Heiskell:

No, I stayed away from the Hollywood--

Q:

You left it to Munro?

Heiskell:

Well, Shepley was more involved in that--

Q:

I mean the HBO movies, and--

Heiskell:

When we really had to make sense out of ATC and HBO, there was a time we turned it over to Dick Munro and let him struggle with it. And he and Jerry Levin and Nick Nicholas really got it straightened out.

Q:

Heiskell:

Q:

Heiskell:

Oh, it was a combination of educational films--lot of educational films--but I thought we still had it, so I'll pass on that. But it's not--I don't think it's worth--

Q:

Okay. And the acquisition of David Susskind's organization--is that all part of it?
