Was that the first time? Having been so cash rich, that you needed to do that?

Heiskell:

I forget which--

Q:

What was your debt structure after that point?

Heiskell:

We had very little debt, and then gradually we acquired debt in a big way.

Q:

I mean, do you remember any financial decisions that had to be made as a result of this change from cash-rich to cash-poor?

Heiskell:

I remember--yes, I remember we had to go off and borrow money, but I can't remember that anybody ever said: “This is going to be a terrible problem,” or “you're going to have to pay an additional two percent because”--as long as you're double A, you're Okay.

Q:

Had any equity been floated except in--

Heiskell:

No.

Q:

No.

Heiskell:

No, I don't--no.
