The access and support schedule for all SIS applications is provided for your convenience. These times may be subject to change. Please refer to our Announcements page for service alerts.
Mainframe Application (SIS, SISUMENU)
Day Availability
Monday - Friday 8AM - 10PM
Saturday 8AM - 6PM
Sunday Offline
  • SIS Mainframe is normally unavailable on Sunday. Special request for Sunday access may be submitted to infoline@columbia.edu. At least ten business days notice is preferred.
  • Detailed information on mainframe availability can be found at http://www.ais.columbia.edu/ops/web-pages/onlines-schedule.html or obtained by phone at (212) 854-1919.

  • SIS Report Server (SIS Desktop Reports, Ad Hoc Reporting)
    Day Availability
    Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
  • SIS Report Server is available without support weekdays after 5PM and most weekends. During maintenance and refresh processing, which typically occurs between the hours of 2AM and 8AM, the SIS Report Server is unavailable.

  • Student Services Online, Admissions Online (SSOL, ADOL)
    Day Availability
    Monday - Sunday 24 Hour Availability
