| Web-Based Contracting: The
ultimate goal of the topics discussed in Assignment 19 is a
contracting process that is paperless from beginning to
end. That goal has been brought substantially closer
by the ICC's project to provide a Web-based model contract
for international sales of goods. The project appears
at www.modelcontracts.com.
It is based on the ICC's model contract and includes
applications for negotiating and executing specific
contracts based on that form. A demonstration module
provides a good introduction to the process. |
