I recently joined the Army Cyber Institute as a research scientist in charge of the Cyber ElectroMagnetic Activities team, and am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at West Point.

I successfully completed my Ph.D. while in the Department of Electrical Engineering under Ethan Katz-Bassett. My focus is on Internet measurements, routing, and traffic engineering. I received my B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point in Computer Science and my M.S. under Dr. George Kesidis at Penn State.
